Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location within the United States. We strive to offer competitive rates through our trusted shipping partners.

  • Free Shipping on All Orders

We offer free shipping on all VerticalPro orders to the United States. No minimum purchase required.

Delivery Times

United States: 7-14 Business Days

  • Processing time: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping time: 8-15 business days
  • Total delivery time: 9-17 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or peak periods with carriers.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to:

  • United States (all states, including Alaska and Hawaii)
  • APO/FPO addresses may have extended delivery times

Shipping to other countries is not currently available.

Order Processing

Processing Times:

  • Monday-Friday: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed the same day
  • Weekends/Holidays: Orders are processed the next business day

Order Confirmation:

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase. This contains your order number and ordered products.

Tracking and Status Updates

Tracking Information:

  • You will receive a tracking code as soon as your order is shipped
  • Track your order via the tracking link in your email
  • Automatic updates about delivery status

Delivery Updates:

  • Email notification upon shipment

Delivery

Delivery Methods:

  • Deliveries are carried out by trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
  • Delivery to the specified address during business hours
  • In case of absence, you will receive instructions from the carrier

Responsibility:

  • ReliefLab is responsible until delivery to carrier
  • Risk and ownership transfer upon delivery to specified address
  • Inspect your order immediately upon receipt for damage

Delivery Issues

Delayed Delivery:

If your order does not arrive within 21 business days:

  • Contact us at support@byrelieflab.com
  • Include your order number and tracking code
  • We will investigate the status and offer solutions

Damaged Packages:

In case of damage during transport:

  • Take photos of package and contents
  • Contact us within 48 hours at support@byrelieflab.com
  • We will arrange immediate replacement or refund

Incorrect Address:

  • Carefully check your shipping address when ordering
  • Address changes after shipment are not always possible
  • Additional costs for redelivery are your responsibility

International Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.

Holidays and Delays

Holidays:

During US federal holidays, processing and delivery may be delayed. We communicate in advance about possible delays during peak periods.

Unexpected Delays:

In case of significant delays (more than 7 additional days), we proactively contact you and offer options for cancellation or alternative solutions.

ReliefLab is not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control:

Busy Periods:

During Black Friday, holidays, and other peak periods, delivery times may be longer. We communicate in advance about expected delays.

Packaging

Safe Packaging:

  • All products are safely packaged for transport
  • Environmentally friendly packaging materials where possible
  • Discreet packaging without brand mention on the outside

Protection:

Products are protected against normal transport damage. Upon receipt of damaged items, we offer immediate replacement.
